first home or to refinance their current
home with less stress and ease.
With over ten years experience as a Senior
Loan Specialist my expertise is helping
“First Time Homebuyers”.
I have an abundance of energy, a positive
and open minded approach to business with
finely tuned organizational skills. As
far as I am concerned, finance is more
about the people than the money. Organizing
a home loan for someone is all about brokering
a deal that will save them the most money,
and the effect every dollar saved will
have on their lives.
I like to “Go the Extra Mile”
when helping a homebuyer and I just love
meeting new people making friends along
the way. I specialize in serving the Jefferson,
St. Francois, Ste.Genevieve, Iron, Washington
and surrounding counties. My expertise
in the lending process sets me apart from
the rest of the industry with over 6 years
as a former mortgage loan processor. Most
loan officers do not have the experience
in the loan processing part of a loan.
I have been there, and I am very efficient
in getting all necessary documentation
up front to avoid processing delays. Of
course with all the changes we have had
in the mortgage industry, there may be
an underwriter who may ask for a document
that I didn’t think was necessary.
Most of my borrowers have been very understanding
when asked for more documentation. They
are happy to be able to get a home loan
these days.
I strive to make home ownership dreams
come true. I will always remain in contact
throughout every detail with you from
Pre-Approval to Closing. You will not
