LeFevre, President
As a founding partner of Accord Financial, Phil has over seven
years of experience in management, business development, and
personnel development. Prior to the formation of Accord Financial,
Phil was employed for five years in management for Wells Fargo
Financial. During this employment, Phil was instrumental in
boosting profit and receivable growth for the company. He
was recognized for his efforts by receiving the prestigious
Star Performer award, which honors managers in the top five
percent of the company. Phil is a graduate of Drury University,
Springfield, Missouri. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree
in Business and Finance. In February 2004, Phil and business
partner Greg Hoffmeyer founded Accord Financial.
When not in the
office, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Phil is also a licensed pilot and enjoys working toward advanced
aviation ratings. He also rehabs historic houses, sailing,
scuba diving, and skiing.
