| In February of 2004 Phil LeFevre and Greg Hoffmeyer
formed a partnership and founded Accord Financial. Their
company operates on the principle that clients should always
receive honest and upfront business services. Each client is
treated as a "member" of the Accord family. As a member,
clients are clients for life, rather than terminated following
the rendering of services. As a testimony to this philosophy,
many of Accord's clients have received multiple services and
have referred family and friends. As a result of this client
satisfaction, and Accord's conviction to uphold its
principles; the business has grown. In less than two years,
Accord has grown from its original staff of two. It now
employs a dedicated staff of nine. These knowledgeable
individuals uphold the values that the company was built upon.

estate professionals refer a large portion of Accord's
